Early childhood exposure to sport and exercise helps youth develop a healthy lifestyle and improves their ability to interact socially.

This association offers 3 to 6 year old children physical movement skills, provides technical physical training to 6 to 8 year olds, and trains 8 to 12 year olds with respect to general physical techniques.

 

 
 
 
Boys' Physical Training programs are different from other training programs for children.
The programs are actively and systematically operated and emphasize on group activities.
