As the senior population increases programs for the elderly are becoming more important.
Our association conducts research and develops fitness programs for the elderly.

We have developed a course that only requires moderate exercise and helps the elderly improve their posture. We cultivate professional instructors for silver fitness.

 
 

We have developed the enjoyable program which does not require immoderate exercise and

  improves the posture of the elderly.
   
Duration of Education: 3 months (72 hours) -Resister at any time!
   
Criteria for the Applicants: Those who major in physical education or sport or gymnastics at university or college and
  who are interested in the silver fitness program.
 
Benefits : Given Silver Fitness Instructors Certificate
    After completion of the course, recommend students to community fitness centers, sports centers,
    the elderly organizations etc.

    Pilates to improve muscular strength
    Step exercise to improve function of heart and lung and strengthen lower body
    Keep straight posture, Jazzercise as aerobic exercise
