Group Exercise is a new style of fitness program that consists of a variety of exercise such as rhythmic exercise, instrumental exercise, and relaxation exercise.

Rhythmic exercise

: rhythmical aerobic exercise such as jazzercise, latinmove, street  dance, and taebo
   
Instrumental exercise : exercise using dumbbells, ball, band etc.
     

Relaxation exercise

: exercise that trains muscles such as stretching, pilates, and yoga
